sooo after a nice week-long trip to lonesome country by the name of alaska, we are back in the city. we had a good time (great time, actually). it was freezing cold (never gone further than 50 deg) and it was peaceful and quiet and nice. the views were beautiful and the people were soo friendly it was scary. everyone said hi to everyone and we made some friends (mind you, most of them were 60 or older haha...).
and now we're back in the lower 48 (as they called it) and it's back to busy reading, studying, cleaning the apartment, etc. even crazier is that i'm going back to jakarta in 2 days. 2 freakin' days!! and i'm only going back for 1 week, literally. 7 days in jakarta. i will still be jet-lagged by the time i get back here. oh well, this trip was not planned and i have to go back for something important ;-P
nevertheless, this 7-day trip will be filled with studying, again. and when i come back, summer will be almost over boohoo... it's going to be 2 more weeks before work and school start again. yikes!
